Surgical Services

We have a Surgery Center, with three state of the art operating suites. We provide Anesthesiology services, General surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Bariatric surgery, Ophthalmologic surgery, EENT specialty surgery and Plastic surgery on an in-patient or if possible an out-patient basis. In addition we have a fine Endoscopy suite. Our 8 bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (recovery room) is modern with the latest monitoring technology.

Among the procedures offered are:

Bronchoscopy
Bronchoscopy is a procedure that allows your doctor to look at your airway through a thin viewing instrument called a bronchoscope. During a bronchoscopy, your doctor will examine your throat, larynx, trachea, and lower airways. Bronchoscopy may be done to diagnose problems with the airways or to remove an object or growth from the airway.

Endoscopy
An endoscopy is a minimally invasive diagnostic procedure used to evaluate the interior surfaces of an organ by inserting a small scope in the body, often but not necessarily though a natural body opening. Through the scope, your medical team is able to see lesions. An instrument, in addition to providing an image, may be used to take a small biopsy or to retrieve foreign objects. Many endoscopic procedures are relatively painless and only associated with mild discomfort, though patients are sedated for most procedures.
