Food can be one of life’s great pleasures. But when struggles with digestive disease make it difficult to enjoy mealtime, it’s hard to maintain a good quality of life.

The Pioneers Center for Digestive and Liver Disease offers care for patients with all types of digestive diseases and conditions. We offer three specialties in one facility: gastroenterology, hepatology, and internal advanced endoscopy. We are the only full-service, accredited digestive health facility in the Imperial Valley.

Our affiliation with the Pioneers Memorial Hospital District means we offer the security and comfort of having a procedure performed in a hospital environment. Our advanced technology means patients benefit from reduced procedure times closer to home.

Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District is proud to be the only ISO 9001-certified hospital in the Valley and San Diego! Our ISO 9001 certification is an international signal of our dedication and commitment to protecting our patients’ health and safety while they are with us.
